Not a dashboard you have to remember to open — the whole day, compiled after the counters close and sent to you. Every figure below came out of our live demonstration shop on one real trading day, unedited, and every one of them reconciles.
Value taken each hour, stacked by branch. The busiest hour by count was also the richest: 09:00. The number under each column is how many sales it took.

Held credit and drafts are counted separately everywhere and never added into a sales figure — they have moved no stock and reached no ledger.
Who Sold It, And Who Took The Money
They are rarely the same person, and a system that cannot tell them apart cannot tell you who to trust with either.

Stock has a named custodian too. Goods are received into the main store, sent out through each branch’s in-transit warehouse, and counted in by that branch’s stock controller. Nothing is on a shelf until a person says it arrived.

Every report closes with what the day is actually telling you — written in sentences, not left in a table for you to find.

These are real orders that stopped at the approval gate, so none has moved stock or reached the ledger. The largest is UR-SALE-2026-001056 for Wilson Cheruiyot at KES 11,554. Held credit is worth 3% of everything the shop invoiced today.

Kisumu recorded only 2 customer names across 46 sales
Sales are being written to a small set of walk-in records, so the branch is selling well but capturing almost nothing about who is buying. Nairobi named 46 customers across 108 sales.
KES 114,600 of the day's sales sit on items with no product group
12.6% of the day's value is filed under "Uncategorised", which makes any product-mix question unanswerable for the largest slice of the business.
A document raised by Administrator is sitting in the live day
ACC-SINV-2026-01222 for "Alfred Otieno" at KES 9,750 was raised by the Administrator account rather than a counter user. Sales raised outside a named till cannot be attributed to a person or a shift.
Before any of this is sent, the day is recomputed four independent ways — by branch, by salesperson, by cashier and by payment mode — and checked against what was actually settled. A failed check is printed at the top of the report in red, never quietly rounded away.
