Buy It Once. Then 30% A Year To Run It.
No monthly subscription. You pay one fee for the system, and after that 30% of it a year for cloud hosting, updates, support and backups. The fee is set by two things only: what you sell, and how many people will use it.
When You Pay What
Two payments. A third only if you need us to connect something.
The one-off fee, set up
The price you picked above - and getting you live is part of it. We configure your branches, tills and payment methods, import your items, prices and opening stock, create your staff accounts and train your people.
30% a year
Cloud hosting, software updates, support and daily backups. The first one falls due one month after you go live, then on that date every year.
Integrations & hardware
Connecting an outside system - a bank, a card or payment gateway, a VAT gadget - and any printers, scanners, scales or tablets you buy through us. Quoted when you ask for it, and never assumed.
What The Fee Covers
Getting you live is in the price. Only the things we have to connect or supply are not.
In the fee
- The system, licensed to your business, for good
- Every branch you run - there is no per-branch fee
- Setting up your branches, tills and payment methods
- Importing your items, prices and opening stock
- Creating your staff accounts and training them
- Selling, stock, customers, suppliers, staff and reports
- M-Pesa matching and VAT tax invoices, eTIMS-ready
- The offline till, so you keep selling without internet
Quoted separately
- Integrations with payment providers - a bank, card or payment gateway
- VAT gadgets - connecting an ETR / eTIMS control unit
- Hardware - printers, scanners, scales, tablets
Tell us what you need connected and you get a figure for it before anything starts. Nothing here is charged unless you ask for it.
Good To Know
You buy it once. A shop selling electronics, hardware, spare parts or general goods - or clothing, shoes and fashion - pays KES 80,000 for up to 5 users, KES 110,000 for 6 to 10 users, or KES 180,000 for 11 to 20 users. A pharmacy or agrovet pays KES 120,000 for up to 5 users, KES 140,000 for 6 to 10 users, or KES 210,000 for 11 to 20 users, because of the regulated dispensing side. After that there is one recurring fee: 30% of what you paid, once a year, for cloud hosting, updates, support and backups. Setting the system up, importing your items and training your staff are part of the one-off fee, not extras.
